To safeguard against excessive pressure, Bosch Rexroth has integrated a non-adjustable pressure relief valve into the SYDZ 0001-1X/200V071M, which is preset at the factory according to the ordering code. An additional feature of this model is an integrated check valve that facilitates pressure control when operating below nbsp;bar. It's important to note that the pressure limiting function of this component is designed as a safety measure and should not be used continuously. Proper system bleeding upon commissioning is essential for optimal performance. The pump preload valve SYDZ 0001-1X/200V071M excels when paired with control pumps such as AVSO with SYDFE adjustment, particularly when internal pilot fluid is available and control at pressures less than nbsp;bar is required. This model boasts both an integrated preload and maximum pressure limitation for comprehensive control over hydraulic flow. For ease of installation, it can be directly fastened to the SAE pressure connection of variable displacement pumps AVSO. The maximum operating pressure for this unit stands at bar, and its size specifications align with industry standards for compatibility and performance across various applications.
The pressure pre-loading is only effective within the pressure range up to 20 bar. If the operating pressure in port P1 exceeds 30 bar, the preload valve (1) is completely opened. For limitation of the maximum pressure, a pressure relief valve (2) is integrated in the pump preload valve which is fixedly set at the factory (see ordering code). An integrated check valve (3) that may be available allows for the pressure control in the range < 20 bar.
